I wasn’t sure how to use and redeem my birthday reward in the toast app and they were very helpful. Very clean. Very friendly. Very polite. I asked for just a cup of water, they brought me out a bottle of water and didn’t charge me for it! That kind of kindness is rare these days! Will definitely be coming back here!
