At Andiamo, we honor the traditions of Naples with authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. Our dough is made with unbleached and unbromated Caputo 00 flour imported directly from Italy, and topped with San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius. Chef Biagio trained at Verace Pizza Napoletana in Los Angeles to perfect this craft, and each 12" pizza is baked in our hand-crafted Stefano Ferrara wood-fired oven from Naples at around 800°F. Light charring is a hallmark of authenticity, and our pizzas make an
excellent appetizer to share. For quality and consistency, we kindly do not offer half toppings or substitutions.
