Kouign Amann is a Breton pastry made from laminated dough with layers of butter and sugar. As it bakes, the sugar caramelizes to form a crisp, golden crust with a tender, buttery interior.

House made raspberry preserves and fresh blueberries.

Danish filled with almond frangipane, almond slices, then drizzled with wildflower honey.

Combination of pesto, ricotta, and sun dried tomatoes. Topped with a fluffy cloud of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Lemon curd made using a mixture of locally grown Eureka & Meyer lemons and topped with fresh blueberries.

This limited edition bar has flavor notes of deep cocoa and dark chocolate, followed by soft caramel, nuttiness. You'll taste a gentle hint of citrus and dried fruit paired well with cigars or whiskey. It has a smooth rounded finish with almost no bitterness and a clean, elegant melt.
