This November, we invite you to explore the Wagner family portfolio through a tasting featuring Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, Caymus Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, Belle Glos Dairyman Pinot Noir, and Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif. 1. Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon The signature Cabernet Sauvignon of Caymus Vineyards, crafted in a rich and unmistakably California style. Generous dark fruit leads the profile, with ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum complemented by notes of cocoa, vanilla, and oak. Its full-bodied character, polished tannins, and lingering finish have helped make Caymus Cabernet one of the winery’s defining expressions. 2. Belle Glos Dairyman Pinot Noir Part of the Wagner family’s broader winemaking portfolio, Belle Glos focuses on vineyard-designated Pinot Noir from California’s coastal regions. Dairyman comes from the Russian River Valley, where the cool climate helps Pinot Noir retain freshness while developing rich fruit character.
