The Charlie is Boro's signature pastry, and for good reason. We take laminated croissant dough and caramelize it low and slow until the outside forms a crackly, golden shell and the inside stays soft, airy, and buttery-rich. It's the kind of pastry that's hard to describe and impossible to forget. Pair it with your espresso drink of choice, or let it stand on its own.
