Pale Ale - American, 6.0% // Mosaic hopped American pale ale

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy, 7.5% // Brewed with our homies at Hop Butcher For The World, this Hop Saturated Double New England IPA was blasted with our hand-selected Yakima Chief Citra, Citra Cryo, Nectaron, and Rakau hops for HUGE notes of citrus, passion fruit, peach gummies, apricot, and straight-up tropical juice. And to clarify, no hot dogs, chili, onions, or shredded cheese were harmed in the making of this beer... probably.

Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen, 5% // Bavarian style Hefeweiss fermented with yeast from a monastic brewery at the foot of the Alps. Over 50% wheat malt including Carawheat gives a rich cereal-like flavor. A traditional German Hefeweizen, the original "hazy" wheat beer.

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian, 3.8% // A 10°P Czech style session Pilsner that delivers a full malt flavor despite the lower ABV. Easy drinking with a clean and dry finish. Brewed with imported Czech Pils malt and Saaz hops. Fermented and lagered with a classic Czech yeast strain.

Lager - Dark, 5.5% // Steady, patient, and built without noise. Deep, smooth malt layers unfold with quiet confidence.

Lager - American Light, 4.1% // Busch Light Apple is a refreshing, light lager. Combining the crispness of Busch with the light sweetness of apple flavor. It's like the sound of refreshment meets the taste of the orchard.

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian, 5.0% // Traditionally brewed using soft Plzn water, 100% Czech Saaz hops, and triple decocted. This beer exemplifies Czech brewing techniques and ingredients. Beginning with sweet organic honey on the nose, followed by a deep and complex malt flavor that is balanced out by a spicy and herbal hop character. A firm bitterness throughout helps balance the sweetness from the malt and dry the mouth leaving it beckoning for another sip.

IPA - Imperial / Double Milkshake, 7.5% // A clear dawn that never quite settles, where the frequency remains elusive. Notes and aromas like crushed white grape and ripe nectarine flesh layer over a vinous edge that lingers just long enough to dial in the signal.

IPA - American, 7.0% // This Double Dry Hopped IPA leans hard into Simcoe hops, layering expressive hop character over a soft, hazy base. Waves of citrus zest, ripe tropical fruit, and classic juice-box aromatics lead the way. Bright, lush, and foggy in all the right places.

IPA - American, 7.2% // American India Pale Ale with Mosaic and Citra hops.

IPA - American, 6.5% // A blend of midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy Simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward citra in the kettle. Straw colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.

Pale Ale - Fruited, 4.0% // We're very excited for the newest addition to our Guppy Pale Ale series: Lime Guppy! This refreshing pale ale is infused with fresh lime juice, making it a perfect brew for any occasion. These are coming off the canning line as we speak, reaching your stores with ultra fresh dates!

IPA - American, 6.3% // A delightfully "crispy" IPA with Mosaic, Motueka and Citra hops

Stout - Imperial / Double Milk, 11% // Amongst the rich tapestry of Irish traditions in Kansas City, one tie to the Emerald Isle stands out – The award-winning liqueur, Five Farms Irish Cream, produced in Ireland, is imported and sold by our friends at Holladay Distillery. KC is also referred to as Cow Town. So it made sense to import milk sugar from Five Farms to brew a silky-smooth barrel-aged Irish Cream Imperial Stout. The result is luscious, with notes of caramel, butterscotch, whiskey, and coffee with a smooth nitro finish. Shake the can three times, pour hard.

Mild - Dark, 3.8% // Well hello old friend, a nice dark mild to grace us during MARCH MILDNESS. We brewed this one with Maris Otter and a fun assortment of dark and roasted malts and hopped it with a bit of Fuggles and Polaris. It has notes of pumpernickel, dried fig, old library books, black currant jam, coffee over ice, and some homemade biscuits.

Porter - Imperial / Double, 8.0% // Kentucky® Bourbon Barrel Cocoa Porter is brewed with cocoa nibs and 100% barrel-aged to build out a rich full body porter with notes of bittersweet chocolate, roasted malts, oak, vanilla and rounded out with a sweet toffee finish. 8% ABV.

Lager - Tmavé (Czech Dark), 5.5%

Stout - Imperial / Double, 14.1% // Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Pasilla & Ancho Peppers, Vanilla, Cocoa, Cinnamon, Coffee, and Lactose.

Belgian Strong Golden Ale, 8.5% // The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

Belgian Quadrupel 10.0% // The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, the nec plus ultra of our brewery. Abbey ale brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excells because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10,0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.

Table Beer, 3.2% // Bourgeois Daydream is a flower growing through cracks in the concrete. Beautiful and welcomed but unexpected in a world full of hard craggy edges. Notes of kaffir lime leaves, white flowers and lemon balm lead a dry, succinct finish.

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 5.5%, 500ml, Télé is about taking the long view with Television Brewing. Television is a new brewing project from our friend Tim Lange. Télé focuses our pallets on evolution by utilizing Cascade hops grown in three distinct regions; the Pacific Northwest, Michigan, and New Zealand. There are notes of ruby red grapefruit, clove studded lime peel, schisandra berry, a wheat driven nuttiness, and a touch or resinous pine. We conditioned this batch on the zest and juice of fresh Kaffir Lime.

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 5.3% // This farmhouse ale was brewed with elderflowers from our property and heirloom green gage plums. Floral and effervescent with a touch of almond and stone fruit aroma and a lightly tart finish.

Farmhouse Ale - Grisette, 5.0% // Hoppy Saison Brewed w/ Nelson Sauvin + Motueka

Sour - Other, 6.1% // Zoinks! This like tropical punch sour is like bursting with flavor. Everyone in the gang will like totally dig this while solving the mystery of what the next flavor is. We would've gotten away with hiding this year's flavor if it weren't for you meddling kids!

Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse, 6.5% // Berliner-style weisse beer with blueberries and maple syrup added after fermentation.

Sour - Berliner Weisse, 6.0% // Berliner Weisse with Blueberry, Marionberry, and Loganberry. Our pleasantly tart and sweet sour base infused with mixed berries make this beer the perfect fruity yet refreshing sipper with the perfect balance of pleasantly tart and semi-sweet.

Gluten-Free - Witbier, 4.5% // A hazy golden body capped with a snowy head. A wintry burst of juniper and citrus, on an updraft of Belgian-style aromatics. This beer was our “Everest”–a proper witbier, without wheat or barley! Through a feat of determination worthy of a mountaineer, we proved it was possible, and now we invite you to join us on the Summit.

Candy Drip begins its caffeinated explosion with a washed Colombian coffee from Finca Santa Barbara in the Antioquia region; a bean that continues to show us a lot of fruit character in the cup and is bringing a lot of red fruit and sweetness to this blend. We are pairing this with a new lot we are sourcing from the Valleinca Co-op located in the Incahuasi region of Peru. Incahuasi, or Inca Wasi in Quechua, means Home of the Incas, named for the sacred grounds where the community is located, not far from Machu Picchu. We have been impressed with the berry and citrus notes from this Peruvian lot and think it makes a great accent coffee for this blend.
