Red Ale - Imperial / Double, 11.0% // Storm the keep! Heavily fortified, the keep is the last bastion standing between a brave knight and heroic victory. Unless, of course, they have a dragon…Crimson Keep is aged in bourbon barrels for one month deep within the Dragon’s Milk Cellar. The deep red color is evidence of being battle tested. A smooth, malt-forward flavor profile is highlighted by notes of toffee, stone fruits, and oak that lead to a pleasantly dry finish.

Sour - Fruited, 6.0% // Kettle-Soured Ale brewed with high-quality pilsner & wheat malts, strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of milk sugar, and hopped with Hallertau Blanc. CUSHY is our series of easy-drinking, fruited sour ales that are brewed to be slightly tart & sweet, and very refreshing. Each beer is blended with real fruit juice concentrates that give it a distinct color and flavor.

The nose is bright and expressive, with fresh cranberry, raspberry, dried herbs, and a floral lift from the Arneis. The palate is light-bodied and juicy, with brisk acidity, a soft tannic grip, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Sour - Smoothie / Pastry, 6.2% // Beach Dream Braaaaaaaains is stuffed with peach, pear, and passionfruit and we hit it with our double secret smoothie treatment of sea salt, lactose, and vanilla, of course. It’s tropical and delicious whether you’re actually on a beach or just dreaming about it like us.

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian, 5.5% // Is this cowboy times? Deploy Anti-Cowboy Measures was step mashed with an all Bohemian floor-malted Pilsner malt bill and hopped with Czech Saaz for a super clean, crispy, bready flavor and a light grassy & honey aroma. This beautifully simple Czech Lager is incredibly delicious, hella crushable, and awfully useful for keeping bad cowboys away.

IPA - New England / Hazy, 6.8% // Our pals at More Brewing Co. kicked down the door and skipped the formalities with this brand new collab IPA. Don't Save Any Cages is brewed with Riwaka, Simcoe Cryo, Erebus, HBC 630 Cryo and Comet. With waves of golden pineapple, grapefruit and stone fruit with a soft lemon-lime to round it out, it's big, bold and not here to negotiate. These flavors aren't getting locked up anytime soon!

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian, 5.0% // One of the highlights of Japanese cuisine is the tea. And one of the most delicate and flavorful Asian teas is made using the jasmine petals, called Matsurika in Japan. We added these petals to the recipe of a Pilsen, a soft and delicate beer, bringing floral notes to the aroma and palate.

IPA - American, 5.7% // Do you know what Maneki Neko is? One of Japan's most famous amulets, the “lucky cat” has several meanings; for example: with the left paw raised it brings customers, with the right paw raised it brings fortune. It adds a new ingredient to this recipe: luck! Think of a good thing and take a sip of this deliciously citrusy IPA. Feeling lucky? ;)

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy, 6.0% // Jorts is back, this time mashed-up with Wild Idaho Nights! The result is a supremely refreshing, low ABV juice bomb, with loads of Idaho 7 hops, resulting in peach and pineapple notes, and just the right amount of dankness. If we didn’t already cut the legs off our pants they’d blow off from this juicy pale ale!

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy, 8.1% // Imperial IPA double dry hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, Columbus.

Lager - Amber / Red, 5.5% // Beer for Kicks is the perfect pitch side companion from the opening whistle to the final penalty kick. Sessionable yet crushable with a noble, turfy hop profile that balances a malt presence whose nuttiness is only outdone by a gang of hooligans. We added some nuance to the well attenuated 'international' style lager by adding demerara turbinado sugar which provides a toffee and honey note.

Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen, 5% // Bavarian style Hefeweiss fermented with yeast from a monastic brewery at the foot of the Alps. Over 50% wheat malt including Carawheat gives a rich cereal-like flavor. A traditional German Hefeweizen, the original "hazy" wheat beer.

Lager - Helles, 5.2% // An ode to the everyday beer of Bavaria, where the locals prefer drinking their lager rather than talking about it. Easy-drinking with a creamy white head and cracker-like taste. Brewed with German Pils malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops for a light Nobel hop character.

Lager - American, 4.6% // Easy drinking, low ABV, American Lager. Horizontally lagered and naturally carbonated through the Kräusening process - adding a small amount of vigorously fermenting lager beer to a larger amount of lager beer that has just finished fermenting. Brewing process used by German brewers centuries ago. American 2 and 6 row malt and corn. Akoya hops.

Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen, 5.1%, 16.9oz // Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. The sparklingly refreshing Ayinger Bräuweisse will impress every wheat beer connoisseur with the first mouthful.

Lager - Munich Dunkel, 5%, 16.9oz // Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. In his book “Beer International”, the world-renowned English beer writer, Michael Jackson, accurately describes the Ayinger “Altbairisch Dunkel” as: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.” It is produced using the traditional double fermentation process.

Kölsch / Kolsch, 5.1% // This is the beer that started it all. Mike’s friends like to challenge him and they asked him to make a German Kölsch. He researched the style and played around with the recipe until he found perfection, at least in his mind. Mike’s Kölsch is German in nature, but is unfiltered and has a caramel color with a slight cloudy character.

IPA - New England / Hazy, 6.8% // A tart variation of our flagship New England IPA, M-43, Tart Strawberry M-43 has the same taste and haziness you know and love with subtle additions of strawberry aroma, flavor, and tartness to accentuate that addition. With its combination of Calypso, Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Citrus and tropical notes of Pineapple, Mango, and Grapefruit come through in the huge, yet surprisingly delicate aroma. The flavor backs these aromas with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Hop bitterness is not particularly intense, which leads to a very drinkable, New England IPA even non-IPA fans love. The Haze is not from yeast, but rather from an interplay of lipids from the malted oat and oils and acids which naturally occur in the hand-selected dry hops.

I met these two Irish Guys who were pretty firm in their belief that Fairies, or Laumes out in the forest. They were endeavoring to capture one of these fairies and hold it prisoner until the fairy granted them wealth and riches. They had ropes, snare traps, and pepper spray. They were even talking about trying to find a baby to use as bait. They were very strange and pretty hammered. I wonder if they ever caught one of those fairies… I sure hope they never found a baby to use as bait.

IPA - American, 6% // Longsnapper is a West Coast-style IPA brewed in collaboration with longsnapper Patrick Mannelly, the longest tenured player in Chicago Bear history. We designed a recipe together based on Pat’s favorite beer styles and will be released for the inaugural “Patrick Mannelly Award” given to the outstanding college Longsnapper of the year. The beer has ample base and Vienna malt accented by caramel notes from carastan and Munich malts. Hopped with a trio of traditional northwest hops, Columbus , Cascade and Centennial that create a well-balanced, crushable beer.

IPA - Rye, 6.3% // Tasting Notes: Dank – Orange Citrus – Pine Werd up yo. Here at Werk Force we love our red IPA's. We brought this one back out of the playbook and loaded it up with fresh Centennial, Wakatu, Citra and Simcoe hops. The huge citus and dank notes pair perfectly with the light toasty malt flavor and rye spice. Some may say this is the perfect beer for the end of winter and rolling into cool spring evenings.

Bock - Doppelbock, 6.7% // A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer’s origins in a monk’s recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: “Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.

Brown Ale - American, 5.3% // Don’t be scared off by dark beers! Toasted chocolate and caramel notes lead the charge in this beer tracing its roots back to 18th century England, but this American style brings a little more hop character to the show. Property rights, powdered wigs, brown ales… just like everything we took from the British, we made it better on this side of the pond.

Stout - Irish Dry, 5.0% // This wee stout packs a big and flavorful roasty punch. An old school malt bill of marris otter, roasted barley, and pale chocolate lends notes of fresh soda bread, dark cadbury chocolate, and dark espresso delivered on a velvety, jet black body. Sláinte!

Strong Ale - English, 7.4% // Trappist beers tend to be named after the place in which the monastery is situated. We’ve called ours ‘Tynt Meadow’, to honour the link with the plot of land on which monastic life was refounded here in the Midlands almost two centuries ago. Being part of the great Trappist tradition, we’ve chosen to produce a strong dark ale, but one with a clearly English character. Tynt Meadow is mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.

Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three month stay in bourbon barrels.

Three separate mashes and a year-long stay in Kentucky bourbon barrels amplify the flavor notes of Dragon's Milk - chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, and oak - in a way that still allows for balance and refinement to shine through.

Red Ale - Imperial / Double, 11.0% // Storm the keep! Heavily fortified, the keep is the last bastion standing between a brave knight and heroic victory. Unless, of course, they have a dragon…Crimson Keep is aged in bourbon barrels for one month deep within the Dragon’s Milk Cellar. The deep red color is evidence of being battle tested. A smooth, malt-forward flavor profile is highlighted by notes of toffee, stone fruits, and oak that lead to a pleasantly dry finish.

Lager - Amber / Red, 5.5% // Beer for Kicks is the perfect pitch side companion from the opening whistle to the final penalty kick. Sessionable yet crushable with a noble, turfy hop profile that balances a malt presence whose nuttiness is only outdone by a gang of hooligans. We added some nuance to the well attenuated 'international' style lager by adding demerara turbinado sugar which provides a toffee and honey note.

Red Ale - American Amber / Red, 5.8% // Our beloved Southy, infused with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.

Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy, 5.2% // Collaboration with Chuck's Wood Fired Pizza. In 2010, Chuck won Best of Show at the Urban Knaves of Grain homebrew competition with this recipe. Now, we bring it to the masses!

Lager - Tmavé (Czech Dark), 4.9% // Czech Dark Lager brewed with Czech Saaz hops. Brewed to honor the heritage of our head brewer's grandfather and family, this Czech-style dark lager is steeped in tradition and reverence.

Rauchbier, 5.1% // Bamberg’s specialty as pale special edition. The classic smoked beer with a difference: for the pale Märzen, we produce a lighter smoked malt in the Schlenkerla malthouse, which ensures a bright, rich amber color. The pale Märzen matures for months in historic rock cellars and is bottled unfiltered for a particularly full-bodied taste.

Barleywine - Other, 14.7% // Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine Ale with Dates, Cinnamon, Vanilla Beans, and Marshmallow Flavor For when you want to shake things up. Bock - Weizenbock, 7.7% // Our light-coloured, spicy single-bock, “Vitus” is saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. It is a specialty with a round character based on the extra long storage time. The fruity smell of dried apricots joins aromas of citrus, cloves and hints of banana. Full-bodied and sparkling with an effervescent mouthfeel. Thus, the Vitus does not taste like a typical Bock beer but more like a noble, fruity wheat beer. Perfect with red meat, strong cheese and also able to guide desserts. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Belgian Tripel, 8.1% // Full of flavor and with a strong pronounced character like our classics 6-8-10, the Tripel Extra stands out for its golden blond color, smoothness, hints of citrus and spicy aroma. Through this subtle blend of tradition and brewing skills, you will discover a refreshing beer that will delight the palate of any degustation beer lover. The alcohol volume is 8.1% alc. To be tasted in all circumstances in the original Rochefort glass and served between 6 and 9 degrees.

Belgian Quadrupel, 11.3% // Dominant impressions of latte coffee with powerful chocolate aromas in the nose. The alcohol esters are enveloped with hints of autumn wood, citrus zest (orange, lemon) and freshly baked biscuits. The initial taste is sweetly sinful. Beer and chocolate trapped into one single glass, a liquid milky draught with a backbone of bitter malt. The alcohol warms the throat and, in the finish, you will pick up traces of cloves, citrus, orange and mocha. The heaviest of the Rochefort beers, the 10 is a quadrupel style beer and can be recognized by its blue label.

Belgian Tripel, 10.2% // First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for six-to-eight weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche, 5.2% // Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer.

Belgian Strong Dark Ale, 9.0%, 11.2oz // The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956.

Belgian Strong Golden Ale, 8.5% // Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character. The unique brewing process, which takes about 90 days, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste of alcohol. Apart from pure spring water, which is the main ingredient of beer, barley is the most important raw material. Barley must germinate for five days in the malt house, after which malt remains. The colour of the malt and as a consequence also of the beer is determined by the temperature. Duvel obtains its typical bitterness by adding various varieties of aromatic Slovenian and Czech hops.

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche, 4.9% // 500 years of hard work went into making this beer that features the aroma of orange peel, coriander and herbs that the merry monks imported from sunny Curacao. Speaking of which: pouring Hoegaarden is just like letting the sun fall into your glass: light yellow and naturally murky. And the soft foam adds a cloudy finish. And then there’s the soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes… ah, just go ahead and taste it instead of reading about it!

Belgian Strong Golden Ale, 8.5% // The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

Belgian Blonde, 6.6% // In the fifties, an extraordinary meeting took place that all beer enthusiasts should raise their glass of Leffe to. The abbey’s Father Abbot Nys became acquainted with Albert Lootvoet, a master brewer. Passionate about the future of the brewery, Father Nys was upset to have to witness how, since the unpleasant stay of the French revolutionaries, the brewery had slowly fallen into decline and had eventually had to close its doors in 1809. Such a magnificent place could not be forgotten, he believed, and he vowed to bring the Leffe beer back. Father Nys and the brewer set about the challenge with vigour…and succeeded.

Wheat Beer - Witbier, 4.5% // Wit style beer with lemon and black tea added

Pale Ale - Belgian, 6.2% // NOTE: The ABV-value of this beer varies, in the United States 6.9% is used. The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process.

Pale Ale - Belgian, 5.0% // A dry-hopped Belgian Pale Ale which defies tradition by combining Centennial and Cascade hops in the kettle, a dry hop addition of Centennial and Cascade hops, American malts, and a Belgian yeast strain. The result is a beer with earthy and spicy tones from the yeast and a slight orange note contributed by the hops. Our first beer.

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche, 5.1% // Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style Wit ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel along with a special Wit yeast strain contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky mouthfeel.

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche, 5.0%, 750ml // Bière Blanche is inspired by the witbiers of Belgium brewed with large amounts of wheat and spiced with coriander and orange peel. The soft palate and low bitterness of this witbier is perfect for aging in Missouri Oak with our local microflora, which added a ripe, citrus acidity to this vibrant beer. This refreshing witbier aged in a foedre for 6 months before it was naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Belgian Quadrupel 10.0% // The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, the nec plus ultra of our brewery. Abbey ale brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excells because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10,0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.

Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out!

Lambic - Framboise, 6.3%, Season 19|20, Blend No. 72, Bottling date: 01/07/2020 , 375ml // For this Hommage, we blended a kriekenlambik and a frambozenlambik in a forty-sixty proportion and with a final fruit intensity of 529 grams of fruit per litre of Hommage. The weighted average maceration time was five months, and we used both jonge and two-year old lambik from seven barrels and eleven brews. This bottle aged for a year in our warm room before its release. NL 3 Fonteinen Hommage is de trage maceratie van handgeplukte volle frambozen en krieken op traditionele lambik. Ongefilterd. Lambic - Kriek, 6.0% // 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The kriek lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the kriek lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. With a pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 8.5% // A traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in their #7 fermenter. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 7.0% // Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt, French Strisselspalt and Hallertau Blanc hops, and an expressive Belgian yeast strain, this beer is a rustic expression of straw and hat, grass and white grape aromas, while open-fermentation nurtures the notes of bubblegum and black pepper. A bright and dry beer for the new season.

Saison - Blanc, 6.5% // A collaboration with our friends at @afterthoughtbrewing, this is one of two expressions (Blanc and Rouge) exploring saison and wine in harmony. The base begins as a Saison brewed with @sugarcreekmaltco and fermented with the combined mixed cultures of both Duneyrr and Afterthought. After resting for 18+ months in stainless steel, the beer develops layers of rustic saison character with subtle funk and depth. From there, we re-fermented with Finger Lakes Riesling grapes, imparting notes of peach, mango, and delicate stone fruit. A gentle acidity lifts the profile, making it bright, refreshing, and expressive of both the grape and the mixed culture.

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 5.0% // A special blend containing both fresh and wine barrel aged beers for a brightly hoppy yet lightly funky saison.

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 6.5% // When you brew as much as we do, sometimes we get tired of telling the yeast what to do. For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do its thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite. Pounce on the opportunity to let it part your lips and you may find yourself at the top of the food chain.

Farmhouse Ale - Other, 6.0% // Barrel fermented Belgian-style ale with juniper, coriander, grapefruit, lime, & cucumber

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 6.5% // Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

Farmhouse Ale - Saison, 7.0%. 750ml // For Oude Fermier Vintage 2022, the entire blend rested in Missouri Oak - not neutral, but also not new - lending to a powerful and balanced texture aligning it with what you might expect from a Grand Cru White Burgundy.

Wild Ale - Other, 8.2% // Silhouet is a special blend of wild ales aged for 2 to 5 years in oak barrels, and a rustic saison. 5 year old Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops were used. The outcome is a beautifully balanced beer which marries the complexity of aged, characterful wild ales with the fresh and aromatic qualities of a saison. Tasting notes: poached peaches, apple skin, black pepper, cherry pie and oak.

Lambic - Kriek, 7.5% // American Wild Ale with Morello Cherry

Sour - Other Gose, 5.2% // The tart, citrusy flavors of a DESTIHL gose ale combine with the unmistakable zesty, garlicky flavor of a Suckerpunch dill pickle to create a uniquely delicious, knockout flavor experience. Cheers!

Sour - Other, 6.6% // As ubiquitous as it is delicious (wait, what does ubiquitous mean, I keep seeing it everywhere?! Oh, it means 'everywhere'? Alright then), kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine and so it was only a matter of time before we found a way to incorporate it. Not just the flavors of ginger and gochugaru, we also used the brewer's own personal kimchi culture. This kettle sour is an experience in a can!

Sour - Smoothie / Pastry, 6.2% // Beach Dream Braaaaaaaains is stuffed with peach, pear, and passionfruit and we hit it with our double secret smoothie treatment of sea salt, lactose, and vanilla, of course. It’s tropical and delicious whether you’re actually on a beach or just dreaming about it like us.

Sour - Flanders Red Ale, 7.5% // Raw emmer & einkorn from Meinklang Farm combined with local barley & wheat, hopped with Hallertau Tradition and Saphir, soured with lactobacillus cultures and fermented with a rustic farmhouse yeast. The project started with the idea, how can we combine the farmer and the brewer? We felt together a need to push for the necessary transparency in brewing and create a space where the brewer can connect with the farmer and the grains. Through that, we believe, we can brew a more holistic and complex beer. We also believe that a beer can communicate the information of a place. Deep rooting grains, biodynamically farmed in the lowlands of Austria at the @meinklang_farm. Combined with locally sourced organic ingredients.

We use mostly sour apples to create a clean, modern take on traditional French cider that pleases even the pickiest of drinkers. Cider - Traditional / Apfelwein, 4.5% // When William Magner set out to make Ireland’s greatest cider in 1935, this is what he came up with. We’ve barely changed it since then, but why would we? Made with 17 different varieties of fallen apple, pressed and then kept in the dark to mature for a couple of years, it is the crispest way to celebrate any moment. Sold as Bulmers in the Republic of Ireland.

Marion is one of our all time favorites at Superstition. It has won multiple awards over the years, including a Gold Medal at the Mazer Cup International in 2016. This craft beverage is an excellent expression of honey and berries, and pairs well with rich cheeses, charcuterie and dark chocolate.
