A peanut butter and chocolate lover’s dream, these gluten-free peanut butter blondies are dairy-free, and made with creamy peanut butter, white chocolate, and sprinkled throughout with mini dairy free dark chocolate chips.

With a layer of locally made raspberry jam, topped with a ground almond frangipane, flaked almonds and sugar icing, then embedded in a buttery shortbread crust, this gluten-free bar is a delight. Modeled after the traditional UK dessert from the classic bakeries of Bakewell, England.

Made with Yellow Scoth Bonnet peppers, ground horseradish roots, grain mustard and Dijon mustard. Originally intended to be a one and done topper for raw oysters but has found its way into a variety of dishes including crabs, scallops, shrimp, tacos, rice, chips, and popcorn.
