Hosted by Kris Serrano of Hope Family Wines, the evening features the family’s celebrated Cabernet Sauvignon and other standout expressions from the Paso Robles estate, paired with exceptional cuisine crafted for the occasion. Austin Hope’s flagship Cabernet, twice ranked among Wine Enthusiast’s Top 10 Wines of the Year, anchors a night of great wines, refined plates, and warm hospitality in Bulle’s elegant setting. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming. Reservations are strongly recommended for both the dining room and bar to guarantee your table or seats. Dress Code At Bulle, we embrace Fresno’s warm Central Valley climate while curating a fine-dining experience. For the main dining room, we kindly request smart-casual attire: gentlemen should wear a collared shirt (button-down or polo) with jeans, slacks, chinos, or tailored trousers, and ladies are welcome in dresses, skirts, blouses with nice bottoms, or polished separates—lightweight, breathable fabrics such as linen or cotton are ideal for our hot summers. We ask that you refrain from shorts, athletic wear, tank tops, flip-flops, ripped jeans, hats, or beachwear in the dining room. In the bar, we offer a more relaxed vibe: shorts paired with collared shirts (or equivalent polished casual looks for all guests) are welcome.
