Join us for a Brasserie inspired class. Students will make Salad Lyonnaise, pomme puree and filet au poivre. We’ll wrap up dinner with vanilla bean creme brulee. Students can expect to learn valuable kitchen skills like emulsifying the perfect salad dressing, poaching eggs, and properly searing a steak. After this 75 minute class students will have the chance to enjoy their meal in our private dining room, a wine pairing will be provided. (an automatic 20% gratuity is added to all reservations.)
