Slip behind a mask and step into the Calivence Backyard, where candlelight gives way to a glitter ball and Gabriel Asseily, winemaker of Château Biac, pours his rarely imported Bordeaux himself and shares the stories behind each glass. As the evening deepens, our DJ takes the stage and the garden becomes a dance floor of velvet, sequins, and gilded masks, Bordeaux in hand, disco under the Hill Country stars.
