The experience begins with a guided walkthrough of our 40,000 sq ft Riverfront Distillery, where you'll break down, explore, and taste the dozen-plus ingredients & whiskey components that go into our signature Barrel 91 recipe - before it goes into our 4,000-gallon solera finishing barrel. After the tour, you'll enjoy a guided Full Proof whiskey flight - 3 single barrel samples of our “Barrel 91” recipe and 1 sample drawn directly from the solera barrel, along with a light snack/chocolate pairing. You'll also receive exclusive access to our Solera Full Proof whiskey, currently only available to Full Proof tour guests, with the option to fill you own bottle directly from the 4,000 gallon solera barrel!* *To guarantee the opportunity to fill your own bottle, please purchase this add-on at check out.
