Lord of Lightning is a West Coast Pale Ale showcasing a trio of standout New Zealand hops: Nectaron, Peacharine, and Motueka. Saturated tropical character from Nectaron meets layers of stone fruit and white peach from Peacharine, while Motueka adds a bright citrus-lime edge. A lean, dry malt profile keeps the finish crisp and tight, giving the hops center stage. We’ve been obsessed with pale ales and New Zealand hops since our inception, and this combination feels like the perfect lineup for the kind of beer we’ve spent years chasing. 5.7% ABV

We love Australian Galaxy hops & have been really happy with their quality lately. That’s why we decided to brew our original 100% Galaxy beer, Moonage Daydream. This pale ale is super crushable with a light, crackery malt character & pungent mango and pine aromas from the hops. This one will make you freak out! Drink more pale ale! 5.7% ABV

Interstellar Burst is a meeting of minds, a seized opportunity, another dip into the realm of something new we’ve all never had before - something we’re always trying to capture because new sure is fun. Jos and Pete at Garage Project in Wellington, NZ, are folks we certainly look up to and are inspired by. Authenticity cranked up to 100! Freestyle Farms has a beautiful new variety currently under the experimental name NZ05. I think there are 4-5 boxes of NZ05 left after what we and Garage Project used in our respective batches of this beer. Interstellar Burst also has smaller amounts of Peacharine, Southern Cross and Mosaic to bring more stonefruit, spice, lime and that oily berry character we all know and love to the table. Enjoy! 7.0% ABV

Every year we travel to Washington to carefully choose the best hops from the American Pacific Northwest. In the rooms where we select these hops focus is paramount and it feels as if time stands still. Timeland is a West Coast IPA that is brewed with three of those hops: Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 – a perfect triumvirate to bring the heaviest dankness, citrus, pine and guava tang. 6.3% ABV

Bright, crisp, and bursting with hop-forward character, Pacific Crush is a classic West Coast IPA with a modern twist. Featuring a bold blend of Mosaic, Citra, NZ Cascade, and the uniquely vibrant Krush hops, this brew delivers a punch of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and dank pine. Up front, expect aromas of mango, grapefruit, and passionfruit with a hint of lime leaf and stone fruit. A lean malt backbone keeps the body light and lets the hops shine, while a firm bitterness and dry finish give it that clean West Coast snap. 6.1% ABV

They say you only YOLO once… so we cast aside all subtleties and nuance to put together this no-regrets IPA built on a ridiculous lineup of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Riwaka. Bright citrus, sticky pine, blueberry kush, and passionfruit funk all collide in a big, loud, flavorful blast. It’s soft on the palate but definitely doesn’t flake on hop expression. Full-bodied, aromatic, a little dank, and a lot tropical, YOLO Once is a wild ride for the senses. 6.3% ABV

Wizard Hand of Evil is a sinisterly drinkable IPA with aromas of just ripened pineapple and Bartlett pears. A balanced malt profile and just enough bitterness on the back to make you go back for another sip. The all-seeing eye that sees! Hops: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin & Idaho 7. 6.6% ABV

We’ve revamped a classic from the early days. New artwork and a slightly tweaked hop bill incorporating Nectaron. Smell the Colors is a hazy IPA that plays in full technicolor. Predominantly hopped with Citra alongside smaller amounts of Nectaron and a nice garnish of Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo. Really beautiful bright flavors of grapefruit candy, mango and cara cara orange. Soft on the palate with a lush, pillowy mouthfeel. Those ‘olfactory hues... 6.5% ABV

We've blended two barrel-aged barleywines—one aged 15 months in Savage and Cooke Rye Whiskey barrels, the other 12 months in Elijah Craig 9 Year Barrel Proof bourbon barrels—with our double barrel-aged imperial stout, which spent 24 months maturing across Blanton's and Heaven Hill Select Stock bourbon barrels. Punny and refreshing, You Guava Be Kidding Me Cider is appealing to both cider lovers and IPA fanatics. Infused with Brazilian guavas, the flavor is tropical and aromatic with a nice dry finish.

Turning wine country into cider country, one apple at a time! A blend of GoldRush, Wickson, and Golden Delicious. Sources: Vulture Hill Orchard, Pearl Girl Orchard, all Sonoma County, all organically grown. Fermented with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Lively, lemony zesty, herbacious, notes of golden apple, honey- comb, stone fruit. 8.5% ABV

Inclinado is Spanish for “tilted,” and this is our California twist on a Basque sidra—with bubbles! 100% organic dry-farmed Gravensteins from Vulture Hill Orchard and Laura's Orchard, both in Sebastopol. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral French oak barrels. Tangy and bright; lychee, Concord grape, and walnut shell aromas; with citrusy herbal notes. No escanciar required but fills that sidra void in your heart. 8.5%

Viva Gravenstein! Power to the pomes! Long live apples! Wild-fermented blend of Sonoma County organic dry-farmed apples: Gravensteins and Golden Delicious from Sebastopol’s Vulture Hill Orchard, Nehou from the Lost Orchard, and Muscat de Bernay from our home orchard, Fireball Farm. Pours golden straw. Notes of lemon, honeydew, golden apple, with a lightness that makes this vintage particularly sunny and bright.

A sparkling delight from the Veneto region of Italy, this Prosecco Brut is light, refreshing, and full of charm. It features flavors of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus, rounded out by a crisp acidity and effervescent bubbles.

Essentially a vin gris vin clair, the grapes are harvested a few brix riper than those for our sparkling wines. Pressed utilizing the same processes as our sparkling base wines, we look to preserve freshness and highlight the elegant side of Escolle Pinot Noir.

The 2022 Riesling Cole Ranch is redolent of Jolly Rancher, mint, ginger, lime and lemon confit. Unctuous and layered, the Cole Ranch Riesling is exotic, deep and full of personality.

Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.
