This black IPA leans on a West Coast hop bill of Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe to support a crisp IPA that we imagine as an ideal companion for a spring walk in the woods. Our friends from Kognisjon Bryggeri in Marquette, MI made the trek to Cocoon for this collaboration. Let's Hang.

You'll be asking yourself "how did they get all that flavor in there?" with just Cashmere and Mosaic hops. Nearly as miraculous as the chrysalis itself, this west coast IPA is filled with tropical fruit flavors, silky smooth citrus and delicate pine. Crack one open and see what emerges! Let’s Hang.

Named after a delicate spring butterfly found throughout central and southern Europe decorated in colors of the Czech flag, Festoon is a Czech style light lager. Using floor malted bohemian malt we created a well-rounded lager balancing both a solid grain backbone and crisp hop character. All of that refreshment is capped with a frothy white head to make this brew a true luxury.

An array of hops blend in this hazy focusing on the unique aromatics of Mosaic using both Cryo Fresh pellets and Quantum extracts. Idaho 7 and Ek Dorado are added for a foundation of tropical fruit and pine. Let's Hang.

Malachite, our Mexican dark lager, emerges just in time to celebrate... well, anything! This beer is slightly sturdier than its cousin Michoacan strutting a deep amber color alongside light roasty notes tempered by a creamy and slightly sweet base provided by flaked corn. Malachite is likely to make you the most interesting person at any fiesta, whether or not you've arm wrestled Fidel Castro or altered foreign policy with small talk.

Served with a twist of lime, Michoacan Mexican lager is a celebration of the millions of Monarch butterflies that migrate to central Mexico's Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve every year. Monarchs make their overwinter home among the fir forests, "bending tree branches with their collective weight, filling the sky when they take flight, and making a sound like light rain with the beating of their wings." Each spring, the Monarchs embark upon an 8-month journey to Eastern Canada and back again. A crusher for every season, Let's Hang.

Brewed with a high proportion of flaked rice, this lager drinks with a clean finish and light body. Faint wisps of cherry blossom and sweet almond provide a sophisticated depth without being overly floral or fruity. It is an ideal spring companion for delicate dishes and the changing season.

Tingle your taste buds with Snake Venom. A fruited sour from Gnarly Cedar and Cocoon, layered with passion fruit, pineapple, blood orange, and Indonesian snake fruit. Buzz buttons deliver the venom. A slow, electric tingle that lingers.

Under development since 2016 and finally fully released in late summer 2025, Dolcita hops are the essence of spring in our newest hazy IPA. Tropical, velvety and creamy - Sound of Thunder announces a time of warmth and revelry has returned.

Cheers goes out to our friends from Three Cellars with this collaborative beer commemorating their ten year anniversary. This is a delicious, creamy IPA focused on using Citra hops in three distinct phases of the brewing process: in the whirlpool, dry hopped, and in the brite tank right before final packaging.

What’s better than casually hanging? Possibly, winging it. No prep. No Schedule. Just get to it and sort out the day as it unfolds. Sounds like our style. Pair that approach with Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic, and Nectaron Hops? Oh, shoot...Now we’ve got a plan! Ah well, Let’s Hang.
