This isn’t a cooking demonstration—it’s an engaging cultural conversation about life in France, French baking, the pursuit of excellence, and the stories behind some of the world’s most beloved pastries. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of handcrafted pastries while learning why French pastry is considered one of the world’s great culinary arts. Chef George comes from an extraordinary culinary heritage. His father was a renowned chocolatier in France, and Chef George has worked with Ladurée, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and aboard one of the world’s premier luxury cruise lines. His passion for French pastry, and for sharing it with others, is truly contagious.
