New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Pullman
Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a special four-course dinner at The Pullman.
Join us for an elevated evening featuring a thoughtfully curated menu centered around a classic Surf & Turf entrée with filet and lobster, accompanied by two seasonal sides served family style, along with a seasonal appetizer, salad, and dessert.
A vegetarian entrée option will also be available with advance notice.
$150 per person + tax and gratuity
Alcohol is not included, allowing you to make the evening your own. Our full selection of wine, champagne, cocktails, and zero-proof beverages will be available for purchase throughout dinner.
Reservations will be offered at 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, and 6:30 PM, with limited seating throughout the dining room and bar. Bar Seats are available and start with a B.

We do not take traditional reservations, but you can join our online waitlist before heading our way. For parties of 6 or more, we offer a reserved Brunch Experience that can be booked directly through our website.

* Due to the limited nature of this event, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund.
* Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
* Reservations may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of the name change before the event.
* Seating is limited and reserved in the order reservations are received.
* If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please notify us at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, substitutions may not be possible for this specially curated menu.
