This $1000 deposit is required for new promoters hosting events in our facility. It includes a flat fee of $500 for the venue use that covers staff, incidentals, breakages, infrastructure, and consumable goods. The $1000 fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancelation. Upon completion of the event, $500 will be credited or refunded back to the promoter, minus any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear or minor glass breakage.
