The eggplant sandwich was only okay. It was surprisingly dry and bland. I added mayo, sea salt and balsamic vinegar to improve the flavor. Unfortunately the eggplant itself was dried out so the taste and texture were off. I was surprised that there was no tomato. Not the quality or freshness that I expected. The meatball sandwich was tasty but lacked tomato sauce.
