Executive Chef Balvant Ajagaonkar, exceptional artist of culinary ,shares his passion and high end experience towards multisensory journey of ethnic spices and recipes from various regions of India. Each dish is carefully curated with a combination of handpicked ingredients that perfectly pairs with our selection of cocktails. Cocktail menu designed by award winner Mixologist Dylan Riches, with inspiration from key ingredients of different Indian provinces like Gajar Halwa for Harvest Reverie from Punjab, Himalayan salt from Parvati valley and famous cutting chai from city of dreams "Mumbai".
