This is because we dice the avocado and mix the ingredients gently enough to avoid making a smooth pureed consistency.       Fried pork skin cracklins that are cooked in canola oil. Chicharrones will be served in a basket with a paper liner. The portion is 8 fl oz BEFORE we fry them. They puff up and expand considerably during frying. ToGo orders will be served in a paper bag that includes a lime wedge in a small ramekin. Our chicharrones are like a much lighter and fresher version of pork rinds that you might get from a convenience store. The BBQ seasoning is smokey sweet and incredibly addictive. It is the same spice seasoning which we use for our BBQ Dry Rub wingz (which are even more phenomenal).       5 fried sticks of Chihuahua cheese that have been breaded in japanese bread crumbs and cooked until they are golden brown, crispy, and gooey stretchy on the inside. They are fried in canola oil then dusted with a green chile seasoning which we make. The cheese sticks are 50 grams each and once they are breaded are significantly sized. A side of ranch dressing is included. Cheese sticks are served in a small basket with a paper liner. The portion is 5 sticks served with a 3 fl oz side of ranch dressing.
