Beef Birria consume served with ramen noodles and 12+ hour slow cooked chuck roast and short rib, topped with sliced white onions, pickled red onions, cilantro, fried jalapeno tortilla chips, and a lime.

Beef bone broth served with rice noodles, beef meatballs, and thinly sliced beef ribeye, topped with sliced white onions, bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro and a lime. Hoisin & Sriracha sauce served on the side.

Wok stir-fried flat egg noodles, egg, chili garlic, tofu, beansprouts, and chives, topped with green onions, thai chilis, fried garlic, crushed peanuts, and a lime.

Spaghetti mixed in our own creamy gochujang sauce, topped with pork & beef smoked sausage, parmesan cheese, green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes, fried garlic and shredded red pepper.

Cold ramen noodles mixed with our own thai mango sauce and served with fried coconut shrimp topped with sliced cucumbers, mango pico de gallo, cilantro, thai chilis, roasted peanuts and a lime.

Cold somen noodles mixed in our house spicy gochujang sauce and served with thinly sliced ribeye beef, sliced white onions, kimchi, korean pear, cucumbers, egg and topped with green onions, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
