Laurie and Will OBrien have been running restaurants in Oswego, NY for over 28 years. First with Port City Cafe establised in 1996 and then The Red Sun FIre Roasting Co. est. in 2010. They now bring their latest concept LOBIRD to Fulton, NY. Lobird, a nick name given to Laurie by her father, is a culinary autobiography that perfectly reflects Laurie's personality in both her food and style selections. The restaurant features modern new american cuisine including steaks, seafood & pasta but highlights her love of chicken and everything fowl (pun intended).
