Haven is proud to present an evening with Gustavo Sotelo, winemaker behind Orixe Sotelo, in collaboration with Sotelo Wines out of Sonoma. Gustavo and his wife Jackie built the label around Spanish grape varieties grown in California, a project born from tracing his family's roots back to Galicia, Spain. That discovery became the whole inspiration for what he makes today. Join us on October 1st at 6:30pm for a relaxed evening of tasting through the lineup, paired with bites from Chef Daisy, and hearing the story straight from Gustavo himself. He also serves as Director of Winemaking at Scribe by day, so expect real technical depth alongside a story that fits perfectly with what we're celebrating this month.
