Brandon Johnson (Chef B) is a Detroit-based culinary creative who transforms food into immersive experiences and storytelling into flavor. A graduate of Schoolcraft College, Johnson’s technical foundation is matched only by his creative vision as one half of Break’N Cornbread and the curator of The Vinyl Tasting. With a background as Sous Chef at the Great Lakes Culinary Center and Reva Constantine Events, Chef B specializes in refined, culture-driven menus rooted in African American heritage with sharp, modern execution. His work is consistently bold, intentional, and unforgettable. We have bar seats and limited dining seats that we use for walk-ins. For parties of 5+ on the weekends, a credit card is required to complete your booking. If you cancel within 12 hours or don't show up, a fee of $15.00 per person will automatically be charged within 7 days. Different policies may apply on special dates. Due to the small size of our dining room, peak time reservations are not guaranteed at their exact time. If there is a delay we will be happy to expedite cocktails and beverages to your party. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to have your table available at the time of your reservation. During peak times, out of consideration for other guests who have reservations and the small intimate nature of our dining room, we limit the dinner dining experience to 90 MINUTES. Dinner parties of 5 or more are allotted up to 120 MINUTES. We limit the brunch dining experience to 60 MINUTES. Brunch parties of 5 or more are allotted up to 90 MINUTES. We will try to accommodate for more time when able to! Different policies may apply on special dates. Please Note: All guests of a party must be present prior to seating. If you are more than 15 minutes late, then your reservation will be cancelled. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.
