Jorts is back, this time mashed-up with Wild Idaho Nights! The result is a supremely refreshing, low ABV juice bomb, with loads of Idaho 7 hops, resulting in peach and pineapple notes, and just the right amount of dankness. If we didn’t already cut the legs off our pants they’d blow off from this juicy pale ale!

NOTE: The ABV-value of this beer varies, in the United States 6.9% is used. The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster.

We really like alliteration and classic words, so when we learned that a medieval stringed instrument known as a Humpenscrump existed, we had to match it with a Hefeweizen. Brewed with 100% German malt, wheat, hops, and yeast, this beer is super smooth, soft, and clean with no discernible bitterness. A light sweetness and notes of banana and clove make this perfect on a hot, sunny day.

RESIN slaps you with serious unfiltered dankness — sure it stings, but it feels so good at the same time. It’s hop candy up front, but drinks super clean for the size of the beer. Key Ingredients Chinook and Centennial Hops are a little old school, with tons of resin and pine notes. RESIN uses a ton of different hops, for a massively complex hop bouquet.

13.7%ABV 19 months ago we conceptualized a barleywine that would complement what has become one of our most sought-after beers, Arabesque. While Arabesque takes barleywine to the extreme utilizing a pretty complex grain bill and going on the high end of the SRM scale for color, we took a more simplistic approach with Kentucky Hugs. This more traditional barleywine is made up of maris otter base malt, with just three different caramel malts on top of it. Aged for 19 months in younger Heaven Hill bourbon casks, this barleywine is focused more on caramel and nuanced barrel character.

12.5% Rich, pillowy imperial stout that we collaboratively brew annually with Rocky Reef Brewing Company. This graham cracker packed mash was one to battle with but in the end yielded one delicious decadent stout. We roasted boatloads marshmallows over a campfire and added them to the kettle. We then let the beer rest in bourbon barrels. The resulting beer has smooth notes of bourbon paired with the rich chocolate and graham crackers. Finished with more roasted cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans.

13% We climb on. Bold and decadent, with rich notes and aromas of graham cracker, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans.

6.8% ABV We pay homage to the American novelist, Eleanor Porter, who introduced “Pollyanna” to the world way back in 1913. Eleanor is a full-bodied and layered, robust porter brewed with Belgian caramel malts, American chocolate malts, German hops, and English yeast. This beer is heavy on the rich, dark chocolates with lots of caramelized raisins and caramel, but perfectly balanced with a distinct coffee flavor and moderate hop bitterness.

Brewed in collaboration with our fellow nature enthusiasts at the Kane Forest Preserve Foundation for their annual Maple Sugaring Days, this brown ale uses real, locally-sourced maple syrup from Driftless Gold.

This beautiful, deep russet brew is dominated by a chocolate and brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts, producing a very smooth, well-balanced, and quaffable brown ale. Originally named Elle's Brown Ale after Adam Avery's beloved chocolate lab, however one Cease and Desist letter from a certain fashion publication later, this classic American Brown Ale was renamed as Ellie. Elle didn't mind. Ellie's Brown Ale has all the characteristics of its namesake; friendly, mellow, and a little nutty. As Adam's best friend, she came with him to work everyday and was a steadfast companion for all his climbing adventures. Elle is missed, but she lives on in this beer as the mascot on the label.

It's dripping with notes of fresh espresso, fudgy dark chocolate, sweet vanilla cream, and that warm bourbon hug that says, "no plans today."

Westmalle Dubbel is a dark, reddish-brown Trappist beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. 14.3%ABV A bit after brewing Kentucky Hugs Barleywine, we thought of an idea to pair it with a stout. When I got into brewing, I was absolutely captivated by the stouts and barleywines coming out of the beautiful city that is Chicago. For this project, I wanted to create a set that paired together that could introduce people to our barrel program. These beers are meant to be a little bit more restrained, slightly lighter on the palate, more approachable to a novice drinker, but still very much appreciated by our most hardcore fans. This stout is just that. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, and American whiskey.

Once again Chungus is ready to party! Like usual we doubled down on coconut resting this barrel aged treat on both toasted and raw coconut and then layered it with Madagascar vanilla and roasted Ghana cacao nibs. For this 2026 variant we selected 36 month aged Chungus that rested in Blanton's, Elijah Craig and Heaven Hill barrels. This imperial pastry stout is as kick ass and delicious as the best Elvis on Velvet painting you’ve ever seen. Like getting on the biggest roller coaster you’ve ever ridden and not wearing your seatbelt, Humongous Chungus will take you on one wild ride of flavor town. The bourbon opens with a strong array of expressive sweet scents along with a cherry wood chip note that stands in for typical oak notes. Transitioning to the midpoint sees a decrease in the sweeter flavors and an increase in drier notes. Ending on a shorter note, the finish starts with a predominant rye spice note up front, layering in light cinnamon and faint tobacco, along with a touch of dried cherries. It’s a good sip overall, and while it starts much stronger than it ends, it still demonstrates why Still Austin is quickly becoming a name to pay attention to.
