DIY NaturaLisa Elderberry Syrup Kit Includes: Elederberries, Rosehips, Echinacea, Hibiscus, Astragalus, Lemon Peel, Ginger Root and Cinnamon Sticks Add 3 Cups distilled or filtered water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes ~ will reduce by half. Strain and cool slightly. Add 1/2 Cup honey. Makes approximately 2 Cups.
