Journet’s Creole Kitchen was born from our deep Louisiana roots and a love for feeding people like family. We started in San Marcos with one mission—bring the rich flavors, spices, and traditions we grew up on to our community here in San Marcos, Texas. Every recipe comes straight from our family table, passed down through generations, and cooked with the same care our parents and grandparents taught us. What began as a vision from God has now grown into a space where people are served as though we are feeding Christ, can taste a little piece of Louisiana, feel at home, and leave with full hearts and stomachs!
