Stacy & Kyle Jukes’ eldest son, who wasn’t quite three, was watching TNMT while playing on his toy kitchen set. Always being around for brew days in the garage, he would sometimes “brew beer” on the toy set rather than make pretend food. After turning nobs and clanking around noisily, Weston brought Kyle a pitcher with his newest concoction. “Ninja Juice!” he exclaimed when asked the name. It was clear what had to be done – an IPA with Warrior, Citra, & Simcoe hops with assertive citrus, pine, and resinous flavor and aroma to solidify a shared obsession of Ninja Turtles between father and son.
