Sunday Supper at Kri KriSunday Supper at Kri Kri Grill A Rotating Series of Regional Greek Feasts with Chef Brendan Pelley First Edition: Northern Greece — Macedonia & Epirus Sunday Supper is something a little different at Kri Kri Grill. Join Chef Brendan Pelley for the first installment of Sunday Supper, an ongoing series of themed, five-course, family-style dinners celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Greece. Each Sunday Supper will take guests on a different culinary journey, exploring the distinct flavors, ingredients, and traditions of Greece's many regions and islands. From the rustic mountain cooking of Northern Greece to the sun-soaked kitchens of Crete and the Aegean, every gathering will feature a new theme, a new menu, and dishes you won't find on our everyday Kri Kri menu. Our inaugural Sunday Supper takes us to Northern Greece, exploring the hearty, soulful cooking of Macedonia and Epirus. Inspired by the region's mountain villages, agricultural traditions, and generations of family cooking, this first feast will celebrate savory pies, slow-cooked meats, seasonal vegetables, and the bold, comforting flavors of autumn. Expect generous platters meant for sharing, traditional recipes with Chef Brendan's personal touch, and the kind of warm, relaxed hospitality that makes gathering around a Sunday table so special. Sample Menu | Northern Greece First Course | Spreads & Warm Bread A selection of house-made Greek spreads, roasted peppers, marinated olives, seasonal pickles and preserves, and warm house made bread. Second Course | Northern Greek Meze Traditional savory pies, seasonal vegetables, and regional small plates inspired by the kitchens of Macedonia and Epirus. Third Course | Seasonal Salad A vibrant autumn salad featuring roasted beets, brassicas, sheep's milk cheese, toasted nuts, and dried herbs and spices. Fourth Course | The Main Feast A generous family-style spread featuring Northern Greek specialties such as red-wine-braised rooster with traditional handmade hilopites pasta, slow-roasted lamb shoulder stifado, wild mushroom trahanas, and wild greens horta. Fifth Course | Something Sweet Traditional Greek pastries and house-made ice cream inspired by the flavors of Northern Greece. This is a sample menu. Final dishes will reflect seasonal availability and Chef Brendan's inspiration. Each future Sunday Supper will feature an entirely new theme and menu.
