The food is always delicious, and we love ordering from here. However, there’s one recurring issue: every time we place an order, we check the box asking for napkins and utensils, but the utensils are never included. It’s happened every single time we’ve ordered. Please pay more attention to this, because it’s really inconvenient when we’re expecting them and they aren’t there.
