Reservation Terms & Event Policies By reserving a table, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Reservation & Payment Full payment is required to confirm all VIP table reservations. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received. Cancellation Policy Reservations canceled 48 hours or more before the event start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the full reservation amount. Reservation Transfers If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another guest by notifying Lagos District at least 24 hours before the event. The original purchaser remains responsible for the reservation until the transfer is confirmed. Arrival Policy Doors open prior to the performance. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. The live performance begins promptly at 8:00 PM. Late arrivals will not receive refunds or partial credits. Seating Tables are assigned based on reservation order and availability. Specific table requests cannot be guaranteed. Age Requirement Guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. Dress Code: Fashionable Attire Required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests whose attire is deemed inappropriate. Outside Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Event Changes: The event schedule, entertainment lineup, and seating arrangements are subject to change without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control require modifications. Photography & Media By attending this event, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by Lagos District. Conduct Lagos District reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Force Majeure If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Lagos District (including severe weather, government restrictions, venue issues, or artist cancellation), guests will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their reservation to a rescheduled date, at Lagos District's discretion.
