Chef John Heenie builds the plate; Robert Lehner pours and tells the story behind every bottle — Prosecco from the Veneto, Falanghina from Campania, Pecorino from Abruzzo, Chianti from Tuscany, Barbera from Piemonte, and Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna. $118 per person, all inclusive. Inside 48 hours a $50 fee applies — the food for this menu is ordered in advance. One set menu for the whole room. No pre-orders and no substitutions. Tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions at least one week out and we will do what we can. Additional wine is available for purchase at the event. Bottles are not sold ahead of the night.
