It was good but definitely need the bbq sauce, which is very good (house sauce). Otherwise brisket was a bit dry..
I have had everything here and it’s all amazing. The jalapeno cheddar sausage and brisket are by far the best though! This location NEEDS Mac n cheese. Finally tried the pastrami today and it’s pretty bomb. I’ve never had pastrami before so I didn’t really know what to expect. Basically tastes like their brisket but slightly saltier with a hint of coriander. Probably won’t get the pastrami again as I prefer just straight up pepper and salt on a smoked brisket. Will definitely be back… probably again this week and it’s Thursday. Lol
