A Weekend in Burgundy: South
For the second half of our Burgundy trip, we head south for Aligoté and Pinot Noir from Bouzeron, Santenay and Mercurey. A broader, more savoury look at Burgundy, moving from bright, mineral Aligoté into two increasingly serious expressions of Pinot Noir.

Three appellations, two grapes and a trip through Burgundy’s southern reaches, finishing with Premier Cru Mercurey.
$44 per flight. Available Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24.
Parties of 8 will be subject to a 20% automatic gratuity. For reservations of 9 or more guests, please contact us directly to book.
