The Menu • Holy Trinity Meatball Sando: meatballs, ricotta, parmesan & tomato sauce • Salt Hank French Dip: roast beef, caramelized onion, provolone & horseradish cream • Grilled Veg Head: grilled eggplant, zucchini & peppers with whipped goat cheese, balsamic & basil mayo • Beet Salad: roasted red beets, whipped goat cheese, pistachio, honey vinaigrette & dressed arugula Thursday, July 24 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm We'll be pouring wine, Mack will be making snacks, and that's about all you need to know.
