Matcha is a finely ground powder specifically grown and processed green tea leaves. Unlike other green tea where the leaves are steeped, with Matcha, the entire leaf is consumed, leading to a more concentrated intake of nutrients, antioxidants, and caffeine. Enjoy hot or cold.
