Claim your cabana at My Stomping Grounds and settle into your own private space for the night. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ night, hosting clients, or just want the best seat for the vibe, our cabanas give your group a reserved home base while you enjoy the food, drinks, music, and energy of MSG. ***A 50% deposit is required to confirm your cabana reservation and will be applied toward your final cabana rental balance. Food, drinks, tax, gratuity, tickets, and cover charges are not included unless otherwise stated.
Available Times
We’re excited to save you a spot at My Stomping Grounds — but please remember, we are not just a restaurant. We are a live music venue, bar, patio party, sports-watching headquarters, occasional weather victim, and professional vibe-management facility. Some reservations do not include door cover, ticket cover. These are purchased separately unless otherwise stated. A reservation saves space for your party, but it does not guarantee a specific table, patio area, cabana, stage view, favorite corner, perfect lighting angle, or spiritual connection to the band unless confirmed directly by management. We’ll always do our best, but sometimes the vibe has a seating chart of its own. Please arrive on time. Reservations may only be held for a 15 minute grace period before your table or reserved space may be released, adjusted, or handed over to another group who is already standing there making eye contact with the host stand. Running late? Call us. Text your friend. Sprint lightly. Just let us know you’re still coming. For larger parties, we may wait to seat the group until the majority of guests have arrived. We love your cousin’s “I’m five minutes away” energy, but unfortunately, we cannot hold an entire section hostage for a person who is still at home looking for shoes. Additional guests beyond the confirmed party size may not be guaranteed without prior approval. We love a surprise plus-one. We do not love a surprise plus-twelve. Certain reservation types — including cabanas, VIP areas, private spaces, special events, and high-demand seating — may require a deposit, reservation fee, food and beverage minimum, or cancellation policy. Any applicable fees or minimums will be communicated before confirmation, because surprises are for birthday cakes, not billing. Deposits and reservation fees may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation deadlines depending on the reservation type. No-shows, late cancellations, or major party-size changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit or release of the reservation. During concerts, holidays, private events, ticketed events, high-volume nights, weather drama, or full-blown patio chaos, reservations may be limited, adjusted, or unavailable. By booking a reservation, guests understand that seating is managed based on party size, timing, table availability, safety, staffing, service flow, and management discretion. We promise we’re not being difficult. We’re just protecting the staff, the guests, the music, the margaritas, and the sacred art of keeping the vibe alive.If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.
Minimum Spend Requirement All cabana reservations require a $400 minimum spend. The minimum spend may be applied toward food and beverage purchases during your reservation. Tax, gratuity, service fees, deposits, cover charges, tickets, and merchandise may not count toward the minimum spend unless approved by management. Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to confirm your cabana reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your final cabana balance or minimum spend. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Remaining Balance Any remaining balance, including unmet minimum spend, tax, gratuity, and additional purchases, is due at the end of the reservation. If the $400 minimum spend is not met, the difference may still be charged. Arrival & Check-In Guests must check in with the host stand upon arrival. Cabanas will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After 15 minutes, the cabana may be released and the deposit may be forfeited. Reservation Time Limit Cabana reservations are valid only for the selected booking window. Additional time may be available based on availability and management approval. Cancellation Policy Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the reservation time. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the reservation. No-shows forfeit their deposit. Weather Policy Cabanas are outdoor/semi-outdoor spaces and may be impacted by weather. Weather-related cancellations or changes may be rescheduled at management discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related changes unless approved by management. Food & Beverage Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless approved by management in advance. All food and beverage must be purchased through My Stomping Grounds. Decorations & Setup Decorations, balloons, signage, cakes, gifts, and special setups must be approved prior to arrival. Confetti, glitter, open flames, silly string, and anything that may damage the space are not permitted. Guest Conduct Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, performers, and other patrons. Management reserves the right to remove guests or end the reservation early due to unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior. Removal from the venue does not guarantee a refund. Age Policy My Stomping Grounds is family-friendly during the day and evening, but becomes 21+ after 9:00 PM. Guests under 21 must leave the venue by 9:00 PM unless otherwise approved for a specific private event. Event Admission Cabana reservations do not include concert tickets, cover charges, VIP passes, or special event admission unless specifically stated in the experience description. Management Discretion My Stomping Grounds reserves the right to adjust, relocate, reschedule, or cancel cabana reservations due to weather, private events, operational needs, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of our control.
