Perched on the water in historic Mystic, Nana’s is an organic bakery and sourdough pizza shop dedicated to the craft of slow fermentation. We believe that great bread takes time; that’s why our breads and pastries are made daily using regional, sustainably grown grains and a patient, overnight cold fermentation to maximize both flavor and nutrition. Our commitment to artistry extends to our beverage program. We serve organic coffee by Canyon Coffee and a seasonally rotating menu of artisan espresso drinks.
