5% Trappist-inspired Single Ale. This graceful little beer displays an expressive blend of herbal & fruity aromatics, crisp malt character, and a dry, estery finish. A rare style not usually seen outside Belgium (and a staff favorite here), this is our take on the table beers made in Trappist monasteries for the monks' own everyday enjoyment.

5.4% German-style Amber Beer. The classic style of Düsseldorf, Germany, our Altbier pours a dark copper hue and is clean & balanced with notes of walnut, gentle roast, bread crust, & sweet cherry. Brewed with Heirloom Pilsner, Munich & Carafa Malts, Noble Hops and German Ale Yeast.

5% German-style Pils. Our take on the classic style. An elegant lagerbier brewed with Heirloom Pilsner malt & hand-selected Noble hops. Cold-conditioned for brilliant clarity and krausened for proper presentation. Crisp & crackery malt, floral hops, bright & clean finish. Refreshing & suited to drink in quantity.

4.1% Dry Irish Stout [Nitro]. Smooth, chocolatey, and roast-forward, this traditionally minded Irish stout is best enjoyed as if you were tucked into a cozy pub in the Irish countryside.

6.5% New England IPA dry-hopped with Citra & Mosaic. Soft & fluffy with notes of tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and bready malt.

6.2% New England IPA. Our new brewing team created an IPA featuring Pink, an experimental hop from Jackson Farm in Wilder, Idaho. This round, fluffy IPA offers aromas of sweet grapefruit and peach skin. Thoughtful, layered hop schedule leaves the beer evolving through each sip with tropical tones and balanced bitterness. An impactful new approach to IPA at Nod Hill that leans fuller and more contemporary by its design.

5% Hop-forward Pilsner. Dry-hopped with a blend of Noble hops. Crisp, floral, refreshing & lightly herbal. Lagered for 8+ weeks for brilliant clarity & clean flavors without filtration or fining. Originally brewed in collaboration with Walrus Ale + Lager.

5.4% Biére Ambrée. A spicy, dry & toasty Belgian-inspired amber beer, featuring nutty malt notes, estery yeast aromatics, and a soft, biscuity finish. Brewed with Munich, Vienna & Pilsner Malts, Noble Hops, and Trappist-origin Yeast.

8% New England Double IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Enigma Hops, Pale Malt and Unmalted Wheat. Big Nelson aromas of ripe melon, passionfruit, and Sauvignon blanc dominate, along with pithy citrus and juicy peach from the Citra & Enigma. Wheat lends a full, soft mouthfeel & the finish is clean and not overly sweet.

6.7% New England IPA. Our annual springtime release brewed to benefit the Norwalk River Valley Trail. Featuring Citra, Enigma & Idaho 7 in the dry hop, this beer is bursting with aromatic notes of juicy melon, pithy citrus and pineapple, with a round, full mouthfeel and clean finish. A portion of the proceeds from every 4pk sold will be donated to the NRVT.

7.1% Trappist-inspired Dubbel. Dark fruit aromatics, spicy yeast esters, dry finish, and lively carbonation.

5.6% West Coast-style Pale Ale. Catch a little luck in every pour…Rabbit’s Foot is a crisp, clear and hoppy pale ale with a west coast twist. Layered with Mosaic and multiple forms of Simcoe - from oils and extracts to traditional pellets - Rabbit's Foot is a punchy yet balanced beer bursting with pine, citrus, and tropical fruit.

3.5% Grodziskie. A Polish-style smoked wheat ale. We collaborated with Hindsight BBQ on this beer, smoking the CT-grown wheat used in the brewing process. Light, smoky & highly session-able.

5.3% Vienna Lager. A clean, crisp lager. The primary aroma & flavor note is fresh baked bread. A little more residual sugar than a standard pilsner gives this a pleasant malt sweetness. Brewed with Vienna Malt & Spalter Hops, and lengthily cold-conditioned with a Bavarian lager yeast.

7% New England IPA. Secret Door peeks into a classic Mosaic and Amarillo hop combo, with a few new friends tagging along. Fresh-cut pineapple and grassy aromatics lead the way, chased by grapefruit, lemon, and lime oils running all the way down. Hints of strawberry and dragonfruit flesh keep things weird in the best way. Medium-bodied, soft, and slick.

8.7% NE Double IPA dry-hopped with Citra & Galaxy. Saturated hop aromas, tropical fruit, intensely juicy & dank.

6% Oak-aged Peach Beer. A blend of various wine barrel-aged beers aged on peaches harvested in 2022 by our friends at Woodland Farm in Glastonbury, CT. Featherbed is a series of small-batch beers featuring the interplay of whole, ripe local fruit, mixed culture fermentation, and oak barrel-aging.

8.5% Trappist-inspired Tripel. We place emphasis on a wide range of yeast-driven aromatics in this strong golden ale. Through many trials we arrived at a point where strong citrus & spicy phenol flavors dance on a bed of soft honey-like malt & gentle herbal hop character. In the Tarot, the Knight of Pentacles represents the determination, diligence & effort necessary to turn a dream into reality. Our brewers have worked hard to present you with a beer that was once only a dream. Enjoy mindfully & in good health!

6% Foeder-aged Farmhouse-style Ale. A mixed culture-fermented golden ale conditioned for 12 months in our French oak foeder. Tart, lively & complex while maintaining everyday drinkability.
