Though separated by hundreds of miles, these two vineyards’ wines are guided by one legendary vintner, Sashi Moorman. You will taste firsthand how the same minimalist, Burgundian style translates through two vastly different landscapes: Oregon's iron-rich volcanic soils versus the cold, wind-swept maritime slopes of Santa Rita Hills in California.
To showcase these 5 exceptional wines, Chef Sam will create a 5-course menu of Pan-Asian cuisine as influenced by Oregon’s and California’s food scene. Each dish is designed to perfectly complement the bright minerality and elegant fruit of the Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir from Oregon’s Evening Land Vineyards and California’s Sandhi Wines.
Join us for a unique, terroir-driven wine dinner exploring a rare connection between two of the most celebrated cool-climate wine regions on the West Coast.
The event price is $135 plus tax and tip. The entire cost of the event is $171.45 which covers a 5-course meal, 5 wines, tax and tip. Reservations are charged at the time of the event. If you need to cancel, please do so before 6pm on Sunday November 8 for a refund.
