Join us each Wednesday to learn about and taste six different wines and sample our charcuterie board. Each week is something different. Previous weeks have included themes like; local wines from local wineries, seasonal wines to match the mood, specialty grapes often overlooked or underappreciated, variations of the same grape like Chardonnays and Cabernet Sauvignon which have broad taste profiles. Our wine curation team also creates a charcuterie offering that matches the wine theme. During the tasting, our team will also suggest and offer food pairings to compliment the wines we're offering. You can arrive anytime you like as long as you're there before 6:30 PM. So book your seat today as we do sell out! Your payment entitles you to a seat at tasting, the wine samplings and our charcuterie offering.

Our Chef's Tasting is a five-course, tapas-style, social experience that allows our guests to enjoy Chef-selected items in one visit! The Ryfe tasting-team greets you with a welcome cocktail before chaperoning you through a tasting-tour that concludes with a chef-selected dessert item. The Chef selects the menu based on seasonality, product availability, and other culinary constraints and trends. The total cost of the experience is $69 per person with your $5 reservation amount deducted from that total. The $64 balance, along with any other purchases you might have made while dining with us, taxes and gratuity, is collected at the end of your experience. The current menu includes: Course 1 - Pineapple Shrimp - two lightly-dusted premium shrimp are marinated in pineapple juice and served with a pineapple salsa surrounded by an orange glaze Course 2 - Grilled Caesar - romaine hearts are brushed with olive oil and grilled before being served with our house made croutons and table-side-finished with our own Caesar dressing Course 3 - Steakhouse Flight - our signature petite filet is cooked medium rate and sliced and presented in a cast iron skillet with our flight of signature fries, sweet potato fries, and potato chips. Ranch, sriracha and creamy horseradish sauces are all house made and accompany the dish. Course 4 - Bacon and Yolk Carbonara - house linguine is tossed in our bacon carbonara sauce with an egg yolk topping the dish so you can create your final carbonara sauce while you eat Course 5 - Ryfe Style Cheesecake - A thick and light cheesecake is topped with fresh strawberries, raspberry drizzle and our house sugar cookie crumbles Please arrive by 6:45p. Dressy casual is recommended. Tasting attendance can be 2 to 22 people. The tasting can take place in the private room or at a Ryfe selected table in the dining room or lounge. There are 2 or 3 complimentary wine and/or aperitif tastings that are typically offered as part of the Chef Tasting experience that compliment the dishes. Additional drinks and full size wine glasses are an additional cost. Special dietary constraints are sometimes able to be accommodated. Call the restaurant in advance and let the host know you need to discuss dietary limitations for a Chef's Tasting and they will get a Ryfe team member who can help you, 856-290-7933.
