Welcome back to our Dumpling Dinner Series!
What started as a pop-up idea in 2025 was really just an excuse to ask: why should dumplings have to play by the rules? Cheeseburger in a dumpling? Absolutely. Salmon & lox? Why not?
Now the series is making its comeback at Sake Noire, with each dinner inspired by Asian cinema, unexpected flavors, and our love of getting a little weird with dumplings.
For our first dinner back, we’re taking inspiration from the wild world of Sukiyaki Western Django, which we’ll be playing in the background throughout the evening. Expect a three-course dinner inspired by Sukiyaki Western flavors - imagine the wild wild west of flavors here! (what do cowboys and girls eat??)
Each reservation gets 1.5 hours to enjoy with us. Beverages will be an additional purchase.

First course - Dirty Biscuits with Apple Miso Butter
Second Course - Brisket Beef Dumplings with a black pepper sauce
Third Course - Fancy S'more with housemade meringue and red bean
