Shinmai Kumo is the second restaurant from the Shinmai team in Cary, North Carolina. We serve Itameshi—a playful blend of Japanese flavors and Italian traditions. Our menu features pastas, flatbreads, creative salads, shareable small plates, and Japanese classics reimagined with an Italian twist.
