Partners Coffee - Peru Lucía Muñoz
Tasting Notes: Mango, Kiwi, Caramel From Partners: This is our third year buying coffee from Doña Lucía and her third year selling coffee to Cultivar, our sourcing and export partners in Perú. We were fortunate to visit her for the first time last October to learn from her firsthand. Lucía has always lived on her farm, located in the mountains just northwest of Jaén, Cajamarca. The property is planted with a mix of good varieties, including bourbon, caturra, pache, and pacamara.$27.00

Tasting Notes: Peach, Caramel, Orange Blossom This fully washed selection comes from Suke Quto, Tesfaye Bekele founded the farm in 2000 as a forest conservation project, and since then it has become a model for sustainable coffee farming. An outstanding representation of the traditional Guji profile, we're tasting layers of stone fruit, citrus, florals, and caramel - think yellow peach and apricot; lime, bergamot, and orange blossom; toasted coconut and caramel syrup. Partners Coffee - Honduras Edin Lopez
Tasting Notes: milk chocolate, hazelnut, pear Edin Lopez is one of the many farmers who sell their coffee to Beneficio San Vicente in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. His farm is located in the community of El Cedral on the eastern side of the Santa Bárbara Mountain, overlooking Lake Yojoa. Consisting entirely of the pacas variety, this balanced, comforting coffee is one we've looked forward to for months. Presenting beautifully as either filter coffee or espresso, it reminds us of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and toffee along with crisp notes of red apple and pear.$26.00
