Bird Light (4.5%) is our American Lager. Brewed with Pilsen, Heidelberg, Carapils malts, and rice, it pours a light straw color with a bit of unfiltered haze. It opens up with notes of honey, biscuit and some white bread, followed by honeysuckle and rose water. Available in 4-packs of 16 oz cans and 6-packs of 12 oz cans.

Birdy Cream is a Cream Ale brewed with pilsner malt, flaked corn, clean lager yeast, and smattering of chinook hops. It pours a light straw color with a bit of unfiltered haze and has aromas of white bread and floral, following with some honeysuckle and juicy fruits. ABV: 5.1% Available in 4-packs of 16oz cans

Bon Entonnement is a Hoppy Farmhouse Saison. It's our collaboration with Brasserie Thiriez. To brew this beer, Eric and Micah traveled to Thiriez in Esquelbecq, France. They brought with them the same Ekuanot hops we use in Pillowhead Dry Hop. The result is a hop forward, yeast driven beer, with notes of white pepper, pear, and passionfruit. ABV: 5.5% Available in 12oz bottles

We make FCL to support our local soccer team, Flower City Union. It’s made with citra, centennial, and chinook hops. Malt bill includes pils and rice, slimming down the body making FCL crushable. #uptheunion

Four Pedals is an Italian Pilsner made with Ereclean Malt grown just north of Venice, not far from the Adriatic Coast, and hopped with Lemondrop and Contessa. Its not as hoppy as an IPA but there is a perceived soft floral hop presence with notes of rosewater and lilac. ABV: 5% Available in 4-packs of 16oz cans

The year was 2010. The United States Mens National Team (USMNT), was to play Algeria in our final group stage match of World Cup in South Africa. We needed a win here to definitively advance out of the group stage and into the knockout round of 16. The game was hard fought but no team was able to score in 90 minutes, and then like a burst of lightning in the 91st minute, a counter attack that started with goal keeping legend Tim Howard and ended 10 seconds later when Landon Donavon collected a rebound off the Algerian goalkeeper and slashed it home to the back of the net. The commentator, Ian Darke, shouted the phrase, “Go, go USA!” into the microphone following the goal sealing this moment as one to be remembered by Americans for generations. We are celebrating this memory with Go, Go USA IPA, a beer brewed with hops from sea to shining sea -- Comet hops from Oregon, Citra hops from Washington, and Chinooks from NY.

4-packs of 330 mL bottles Gouden Boom is a bottle-conditioned Belgian Golden Ale. We used Belgian pilsner and wheat, fruity Belgian yeast, and Saaz hops. It's a medium-bodied beer with notes of clove and honey. ABV: 8.2%

Gravity's Temptation is a Barrel-Lagered Helles. It showcases our practiced art of oak-barrel lagering for a soft, balanced, and golden celebration of the brighter edges of the universe. We made this beer with special German pilsner malt that is bred for beer called Barke, lightly hopped with Hallertau MF, Tettnang, and Czech Saaz. We fermented it normally in stainless, and then lagered it in neutral oak barrels for 2 months.

Infinite Cosmos is a Belgian Wit. It's brewed with orange peel, coriander, and white pepper. This one is a crowd pleaser and an approachable gateway to Belgian beer, bringing you to the moon and back! ABV: 5.3% Available in 4-packs of 16oz cans

Maz, Mazel, Mazzy; Mischief should be his name... Maz is Eric’s, our Director of our wood barrel age beer's, cat. Maz has a strong personality, is intense, and at times, bitter so it fit to name this beer after him. We loaded this beer with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops.

Available in 375mL bottle Portuguese Squeeze (12%) is a Port barrel-aged, bottled-conditioned Belgian Quad. It's a big, medium-bodied beer that pours a ruby brown color. It has notes of date and fig, with raisin, molasses, clove, and dried cherry aromas. Awarded the 2024 gold medal in barrel aged non sour beers by the NYS Brewers Association.

Sailing Shoes is a Bohemian Pilsner. It has notes of biscuit, white pepper, and honeysuckle. One sip will have you sailing away. This is it! Available in 4-packs of 16 oz cans. ABV: 5.3%

Teutonic Chronic is made with German Pilsner malt, Hallertau MF hops, and fermented with the OG Munich lager (34/70) yeast. During the mashing process, TEU is decocted twice. Decoction is the process whereby we remove ¼ or so of the mash, boil it, then return it to the larger portion, resulting in a temperature increase of the combined mash. This imparts a complex malt flavor, while allowing more conversion of fermentable sugar. It’s a crisp, light bodied, though nuanced and complex beer. ABV: 4.8% Available in 4-packs of 16oz cans

Wild Impact is a Blended IPA. In collaboration with our good friends at Industrial Arts in Beacon, NY, we blended two completely different beers to make Wild Impact. We took Industrial Arts’ triple IPA, Impact Wrench, and blended it with Strangebird’s barrel aged sour Belgian strong ale. We then dry hopped the blend with Equanot hops, the same hops we use for Pillowhead Dry Hop. The result is a tropical, hoppy, sour beer. ABV: 9% Available in 4-packs of 330mL bottles

Wyvern is a Double Hazy IPA. To give Wyvern its juicy hop profile, we used the experimental hop HBC 586, Idaho 7, Krush, and Nectaron. ABV: 7.8% Available in 4-packs of 16oz cans
