Thank you for choosing LILA. To provide the best possible dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our reservation policies prior to your visit. Reservations Reservations are strongly encouraged and are accepted based on availability. Reservation times are reserved specifically for the confirmed party size and scheduled arrival time. After the 15-minute grace period, table reservations are not guaranteed. Dining Time Limit To ensure proper flow of service and accommodate all reservations, dining experiences are limited to 2 hours per table. Larger parties and specialty dining experiences may have adjusted seating windows at management discretion. Guests are welcome to continue their evening in the lounge or bar area following their dining experience, subject to availability. Party Size Adjustments Final guest counts must match the confirmed reservation as closely as possible. Significant changes to party size may impact table availability and seating accommodations. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request advance notice for cancellations or reservation changes. LILA requires a credit card to hold reservations. If canceled less than 12 hours from the reservation time or for no show reservations, there is a fee of $10 per guest. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future reservation privileges. Seating Requests Location of the table is also not guaranteed but we do take requests and try the best we can to accommodate; The LILA Experience is a full dining experience* Dress Code & Guest Experience LILA maintains a modern fine dining and lounge atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to guests displaying disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or attire deemed inappropriate for the environment. Late Night Lounge Policy Every Friday and Saturday beginning at 10:00 PM, LILA transitions into a late-night lounge experience. All guests on premises after 10:00 PM must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. This policy applies to all dining room, lounge, and bar areas without exception. Special Events & Holiday Reservations Reservation policies, dining limits, deposits, and minimums may vary during holidays, special events, and private experiences.
