It is a Blanc de Blancs, signifying its all-white grape composition. This particular bottling is non-vintage (NV), meaning it's a blend of wines from different years, offering a consistent style. The wine is known for its vibrant yellow color, citrusy and floral aromas, and a well-structured, mineral-driven palate with hints of dried fruits.

A crisp gin, London Hill's bias towards subtle citrus tones comes from ribbons of citrus peel including lemon and sweet orange. This, along with the other carefully selected botanicals, gives a spicy fruit edge and delivers an exceptionally smooth and refined gin.

This is perhaps one of the best examples of Sangiovese you can find: Giovanna Morganti makes only one wine, “Le Trame,” and she makes it very, very well. She has fought with the DOC to create a classification of Chianti that reflects the land where it was grown. This struggle with and love of terrior is exactly what you’ll find in this bottle. Its nose is fresh with grassy red fruit and wet earth; its palate is elegant, structured and dark with velvety tannins. Be sure to decant this wine a good hour or two before enjoying it. This deep and complex wine is an absolute treasure and will only get better with age.

Three day’s drive from Delhi will find you in Goa, on India’s southwestern coast. Known for its white beaches, architectural jewels, and culinary heritage, Goa is home to Nao Spirits and the production of Jin JiJi and Hapusa Gins. The VSOP is a blend of several different Eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which is 6 years old and in which the Ugni-Blanc and Folle Blanche grape varieties are in the majority. Tasting: The color is amber, with a beautiful shine. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and fruits develop, in particular prune and vanilla. The palate is supple, well balanced with aromatic persistence.

A blend of straight bourbon and bourbons finished in red wine and sherry casks. Lovely grain aromas, especially of porridge, along with cinnamon, clove, baked apple, citrus oil, honey-roasted peanuts, spearmint, and milk chocolate. Nuttier grain on the palate, which is led by red fruit, caramel, and lively spices: black pepper, cinnamon, allspice, candied ginger. Citrus oil, walnuts, and a bit of cigar tobacco lead into a nutty, somewhat light finish. Farmed organically on five hectares in the town Vitorchiano, in the region of Lazio (about an hour north of Rome). The sisters of Monastero Suore Cistercensi have gained a cult following among wine aficionados. This wine is a blend of trebbiano, verdicchio, and malvasia which is harvested together and allowed to spontaneously ferment using indigenous yeasts. Aromas in the spectrum of fennel and chamomile there is a distinct autumnal character to this wine that transcends description. Bright acidity rings out and gives life to some delicate spices. La Guita's Amontillado Sherry is a captivating expression from Jerez de la Frontera and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, renowned for high-quality Amontillados. This unique wine undergoes dual aging, first under flor and then oxidation, resulting in extraordinary complexity. With a mid-amber color, the nose reveals nutty notes with hints of sweet tobacco and vanilla. The taste profile is naturally dry, offering a complex interplay of sharp notes from extended flor aging and predominant characteristics of oxidative aging—spices and wood. Aviatrix is a collaboration between La Sirena winemaker/owner Heidi Barrett and her two daughters, winemaker Chelsea Barrett, and sales/marketing director Remi Barrett. Aviatrix is dedicated to the intrepid women throughout the history of aviation, who surpass society's expectations and limitations to soar to new heights. The 2018 Primitivo is ruby red in color with vibrant aromas of red fruits – plums, cherries, red raspberries, and a touch of five-spice. Positively luxurious and lively across the palate with bright jammy fruit character and lovely acid balance. The finish goes on with ripe fruit flavors and a nice mouthcoating texture. Enticingly plush and fruit-forward, it almost gives the impression of sweetness, but is totally dry and has a wonderful clean purity of flavor.

The Private Reserve line from Barrell Craft Spirits is possibly the most extensive and detailed blending program in American spirits. The team at Barrell has created upwards of 100 different blended whiskeys in what amount to little more than single-barrel quantities, each composed of a unique proportion of aged whiskeys and finished in different vessel types. The CH48 release sees one of the most unique aging regimes in craft spirits production. Based on an 18-year-old Kentucky whiskey, it was aged in used Calvados barrels to lend a thoroughly beguiling and charming side to the robustness of the old whiskey.

Based out of Healdsburg, CA, Haus is the brainchild of Helena Price Hambrecht, a Silicon Valley brand veteran, and winemaker Woody Hambrecht. Taking inspiration from European aperitivo and vermouth culture, Haus takes that tradition and gives it the sleek, modern treatment, with a focus on big juicy fruit flavors. The wine base is made from organically grown Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley Chardonnay that is naturally fermented, fortified with locally sourced grape spirit, and infused with fruits and botanicals, sourced locally when possible. Crisp and refreshing, this Californian take on the apéritif is made with lemon, subtle elderflower, and hints of cinnamon.

Stellum Bourbon finds its flavor in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process. This brings added layers of depth and complexity, giving us a nose of clove, allspice and honeysuckle leading to a palate of vanilla, cinnamon backed apples and tart underripe blackberry.

A Burgundian native, Valdôtain Gamay from the valley's steep, south-facing upper slopes is an excellent partner to traditional charcuterie, including salami, motzetta, and thinly sliced lard, along with traditional Aosta Valley soups. Grosjean's example is always well balanced, fruit-forward, lightly tannic, and fresh.
