Scrambled eggs, grilled steak, cheddar cheese and avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla, side of chipotle sauce. Accompanied by fried plantains.

Two slightly fried corn tortillas, fried eggs over a bed of salsa roja, topped with bacon bits, garnished with cilantro, queso fresco & avocado slices.

Grilled steak, two fried eggs over a bed of french fries, topped with avocado and side of pico de gallo and guacamole.

Two flour tortillas stuffed with scrambled eggs & chorizo, topped with avocado slices & cilantro, rice and beans. Corn tortillas available upon request.

Toasted Brioche topped with fresh guacamole, seasoned cilantro grilled shrimp, and a drizzle of chipotle aioli.

Slow braised beef birria, melted cheese, onions and cilantro on brioche. Served with rich consommé for dipping and a side of fries.
