  • Join Team Deliciouser for an ice cream–making workshop as we welcome back Stella Buckley of Stellie’s Ice Cream. You’ll learn the foundations of crafting exceptional ice cream, explore unique flavor-building techniques. Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring our signature smash burgers—a perfect blend of culinary learning, great food, and sweet inspiration. In 2021, Stella moved to Madison to launch her scientific career. A couple of years later, she received a KitchenAid ice cream bowl for Christmas. Excited to apply her love for research and development to perfecting an ice cream base recipe, Stella began crafting ice cream in her home kitchen. She shared her creations with colleagues, friends, and family. Within a year, demand for Stellie's Ice Cream grew so strong that Stella bought an ice cream bike cart, vending around the Dane County Farmers’ Market on Saturdays. As popularity soared, she opened a storefront on East Washington in June 2025. Today, Stella continues to use her original recipe for all the ice cream served at Stellie's. As an artisan ice cream shop, we specialize in handcrafted, small-batch flavors made with high-quality ingredients. We're passionate about creating memorable dessert experiences for every occasion, and we're not afraid to push the flavor envelope. Our mobile ice cream cart still brings premium ice cream to the Farmers' Market each week and is available to cater private events with a delightful selection of classic favorites and unique seasonal flavors that guests of all ages will love.   • Join Team Deliciouser for a seafood workshop partnered with Sitka Seafood Market. Focused on seasonal ingredients and simple, approachable techniques. This class is designed to help home cooks feel confident cooking fish—without overcomplicating the process. We’ll center the workshop around seasonal rockfish, exploring a few straightforward preparations that highlight the natural flavor of the fish while showcasing how The Deliciouser spice blends can elevate everyday seafood dishes. Guests will learn practical tips for selecting, seasoning, and cooking fish, with an emphasis on methods that are easy to replicate at home. Chef Patrick will share his favorite Deliciouser seasoning pairings for seafood, along with guidance on building balanced flavors using minimal ingredients. As always, the experience includes a tour of our spice lab, kitchen stories, and thoughtful discussion around seasonality and technique. Guests will leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and the confidence to bring seafood into their regular cooking rotation.   • Join team Deliciouser as we welcome back Chef Mary Kastman, former Executive Chef of Driftless Café in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and 2022 James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef. Her restaurant, Purslane Kitchen is open in Milwaukee, and we’re thrilled to explore the flavors of Turkey together. We’ll create a menu based on fresh culinary inspiration and perspectives gained through Chef Mary’s recent travels in Turkey. This very special evening will feature a five-course tasting menu to be informed in the moment by the chef's journey. Menu to be announced upon arrival. The Deliciouser is a chef-curated Spice Company, Restaurant, and Bar. Lunch and dinner are served within our on-site spice shop. Our menus feature local producers and highlight our handmade spice blends. The bar serves up craft spirit and spirit-free cocktails that complement and change with each seasonal menu. Additionally, our open kitchen gives guests a unique opportunity to taste dishes created with our spices and get a glimpse into our cooking process in a convivial, communal atmosphere. We also offer ticketed multi-course experiences on Tuesday evenings and cooking workshops on Saturdays.
