The Philly Special is a Philly-owned independent restaurant bringing authentic Philadelphia cheesesteaks to Chicagoland. We make them the way we grew up eating them, with fresh hand-sliced beef, authentic Amoroso rolls, and your choice of Cooper Sharp American, provolone, or Whiz.
